Garmin Pay: Your card has been rejected. Please go back and make sure your data was entered correctly

Trying to set up credit cards on new Fenix 8 AMOLED 47mm (replacement watch). Chase Visa and US Bank Visa both showing on eligible list.

Getting message: "Your card has been rejected. Please go back and make sure your data was entered correctly", after entering card details and billing address. Those cards were working before in Garmin Pay, like a week ago, on previous watch, same model.

Triple checked information, reset Garmin Pay... not sure what else to do to fix that.
