Time trail

somehow the time trail was started and finish without I did the exercise.

how could I re do the time trail exercise?

Is it a workout in a training program? You can't re do completed exercises.

The thing is that don’t really do it, and the garmin coach allows me to get in and “send it” but it isn’t synced

You have to reschedule the workouts latest the same day. Otherwise you can't do them. Note that you can do workouts that are planned in the future. No need to wait for the scheduled day.

You can probably see the time trial workout on your watch and do it, but it will not count for the coach program.
