Sleep score shows on watch but not on Garmin Connect App

I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips. 

hi! i have the exact same thing happening, but since July 15th. I have done everything in both articles listed, but nothing has worked. everything shows on my watch (Forerunner 265), but not in the app or web application (iPhone 13 Pro Max).

If it is truly that case, then I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days. 

Thanks, I’ve also done all of the above including deleting my watch & then connecting it again. It does everything else as it should, but the sleep score still won’t transfer from my watch to Garmin connect for some reason.

There are more tips than just that. For example the master reset to factory defaults.
