I want to retire my whoop but I keep track of metrics. I like Whoop strain which raises your score each day based on workouts, looking at heart beat and duration. Does GArmin have a metric that is similar?

Thanks. The article discusses differences but I am looking for a metric that will up during the day as I workout. I am not sure if there is one on the Garmin side.
Endurance Score comes close but more long term view https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garmin-technology/running-science/physiological-measurements/endurance-score/
Body battery works the other way around than strain (as far as I understand, no experience with Whoop).
Training Load seems to be the closest. www.garmin.com/.../
Every brand has some special metrics, I don‘t think you will find a 1:1 replacement.
Thanks a lot. I will look at acute training load at the end of the day.
