One activity is not showing in Garmin Connect

I completed a run last night, and when i tried to check it on Garmin Connect IOS app, it said ther was a outage. I waited a few hours until Garmin Connect was back up and online, but now that activity has not synced. This means the training readiness and other data is now out of sync between what my watch is saying and what the app is saying.

I've tried disconnecting and repairing the watch with the connect app, rebooted the watch and my phone, tried syncing using Garmin Express also clearing my Garmin Express sync history, and re-syncing. None of which as worked.

Any ideas? Is there a way to manually sync a specific activty from the watch?
