Since the last update the HR Graph for ‚high‘ shows absurdly high values at some days. My max HR is around 184 but the graph shows values over 220 (see picture). When I enter the day in question it is normal. Just the overview (red line) is messed up.
Are you using Garmin HRM as well. My wife does not and she doesn't have any of these outliers

I recommend looking at the all-day HR graph rather on Garmin Connect Web, where the resolution is finer, and you can zoom a small section by selecting it by the mouse: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2023-09-09/heartRate On the phone app, some peak may get lost due to the low resolution of the graph.
If you do not find any 200+ bpm peaks there either, then I recommend contacting the Support through https://support.garmin.com
