Well, in that case I would contact the Support again and insist, explaining the details. I recommend calling instead of emailing, and asking to be passed to the superior person, if the first level support…
There seems to be many different security solutions for Garmin Pay to handle. Maybe that particular one isn't implemented correctly in Garmin Pay for iOS or that your bank isn't giving the correct response…

Is there anyone from GARMIN willing to take a look at the issue in between Boursorama bank (France) and GARMIN PAY for IOS please ?
Actually, I'm a little bit desperate because :
1) As two others users posting in this thread, I have called several times Boursorama bank (last call was recently) and the only answer I get is : "we are aware of the issue, we will get back to you soon". Then an email is sent saying the same thing. My first phone call was in June.
2) on GARMIN FRANCE side, I called them in June as well and the support told me that they need to discuss with their engineers and they will get back to me asap. The reference I have is : "Reference ID:24834577K0 >> Re : garmin pay <Q#:1003750>", received by email right after the phone call.
September 2023 and the issue is still there. Nobody at GARMIN seems to care about it. I know Boursorama and Garmin pay works with an android device so, as for me, the issue is due to a bug in the Garmin connect app for IOS only. My IOS device is an iphone 14 pro with the very last version of IOS.
From whom could I get any help and how ? Thanks in advance.
