Data still not syncing to Apple Health even after the update

As per Garmin-Sara post I am starting a new thread for the discussion as I updated to version 4.67.2 of Garmin Connect days ago and the data is still not syncing.  The previous thread is here https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-ios/334152/steps-non-sync-on-apple-health/1624464#1624464 and per the discussion on the thread it sounds like the problem was not fixed for anyone else either so I’m unclear why/how Garmin concluded that this problem is fixed?

    I am from Viet Nam, I updated my Garmin Connect to the latest version 4.67.2.2 but the problem like HR, sleep,... didnt sync to the Apple Health still remains. Please help me about this

    My device is garmin venu SQ 2, version 2.47

    My iphone IOS version 16.5

    Yes, just tried unlinking and relinking now and data still not synced 

    • Do we have permission to contact you via email? yes
    • What Country are you located in? Poland
    • Did you unlink Apple Health and Garmin Connect and re-link them after updating our app? yes

    I also have a problem with the lack of display on the garmin connect 4.67.2 application on the iPhone (16.5) of data such as the number of steps, heart rate, body battery and others.

  • I'm wondering sometimes if Garmin checks with a test device the issue before asking all customers reporting the same problem to troubleshoot what seems to be a bug in the last version.

  • I doubt it.  Since I started using Garmin back in 2020 there have been several problems with Apple Health getting data from Garmin - in one case there was an update to Garmin Connect that deleted all of the data sent to Apple Health.

    Generally every time there's a problem with Garmin Connect and Apple Health the response has been the same - initially blaming Apple and telling everyone to contact Apple for assistance fixing it (even though it is their updates that cause the problems).  Then they will usually close the case without fixing it properly so you have to chase them constantly to resolve issues.  Overall, Garmin customer support seems to be very poor.

  • Imy last workout was in the 26 may , and after updating the new vision 2.67.2, I still can not sync it to my iphone. Still have the same problem

  • Hi, since my phone updated to iOS 16.5 my Garmin Connect data is no longer working. I am using Garmin Connect version 4.67.2.2. I was just reading another thread claims the problem is resolved (and the thread is closed), but that is not the case. Please help. Thank you! 

  • I continue to observe the same problem. Before the update GC everything worked clearly. I regret that I updated the app
