Tactix Delta doesn't connect via bluetooth.

Tactix Delta doesn't sync on Bluetooth. The only way it will connect is if I restart the watch. Then once the Bluetooth connection is dropped, I need to restart the watch to connect it again.  

   

Before restarting the watch, it shows in my iPhone as a known Bluetooth item but it doesn't connect. It tries for 3 seconds and goes back to not being connected. This started after a recent update.

    Here are the steps support had me perform. 

    1. First install Garmin Express to your computer: http://software.garmin.com/en-US/express.html
    2. Install all the updates it has, including map updates.
    3. Unplug your watch from your computer, and perform a hard reset: Hold the Light or Power button for 30 seconds to perform a soft reset, release it, and then press it in again for 1-2 seconds. (Data is not erased.)

    If that doesn't work then I am supposed to:

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHT for up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold DOWN, START/STOP, and BACK.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these three buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining buttons

    We will see if it works.
