Thanks trux! Garmin Connect Web is set to the correct upload time zone. The problem occurs when the upload is done via app on the iphone. When I open the training session in the phone app there is a gap of one our. The training was done at 14h, which is indicated on the watch correctly, but with 1h difference in the phone app. I don't think that settings in the Garmin web portal will have a influence to the phone app?

The setting is common for the Garmin Connect account, never mind which interface you use to access it. If it is correctly set, try moving it one hour, and test whether it helps.

The setting only applies to newly uploaded data without GPS and does not change the time of the activities already stored at Garmin Connect App

Yes, that's true, but at least it will fix your future activities. If you want to fix the past ones, export them as "original", delete, and then import back again.

I really appreciate your willingness to help, but I think we're talking past each other. The start time of the training is taken from the mobile phone by the app and this is determined by the regional settings. Data created via GPS is not corrected by changing the time zone in the Garmin web application.

Yes, you are right, GPS activities should be already all right, unless there was some problem with the GPS. Could you post a link (not a screenshot) to the concerned activity, and tell what the true time should be? Or exporting it as "original" and uploading the zip file here. The inner data could reveal where the problem is.
