Vivosmart4 is showing message “missing”

My Garmin Vivosmart4 is displaying message “missing”. It does not sync or change display at all. When connected to my computer - my computer doesn’t recognise it

Did you try rebooting, soft-resetting, and/or master-resetting the device? If nothing helps, contact the Support.
