IOS - getting this message for all activities. I have been using my Garmin and the iPhone app for years and have never seen this issue, although it has been reported multiple times in the forum (with no solutions). Any ideas?

I have an iPhone 6 and I cannot update my version of Connect. Up until yesterday, all was working fine with old and new activities visible. It looks like there has been a GARMIN update that has no backward compatibility to the old version 4.42.1.3. I should not have to get a new iPHONE to see what was working just fine a few days ago!
I can see a recently completed activity on the screen of y iphone, however, when I click on that activity I get a message saying "data for this activity could not be loaded". Pull to refresh.
This started happening a few days ago, however, I have discovered that I can;t go back into older activities and view the data. I tried it on an activity that was 2 months old and now am getting the same message.
I did a software update on my i phone to iOS 15.4 a few days ago and that seems to be about the same time I started noticing this issue.
The phone and device will sync every time but won;t allow me to view any details of a workout. WiFi is on...Blue Tooth active, etc.
