Unable to create course in the iOS app (India)

Hi,

I am unable to create any course in the Garmin Connect iOS app version 4.50.0.29. After I select the starting point, I move the map to plot the next point and I get an error "Limited popularity data available for this area in the map". I am unable to get beyond this. I don't see any way to bypass this popularity routing in the app. I went to Profile -> Privacy -> Data and turned off Popularity Routing but that did not fix this issue.

This also impacts the Android app and Garmin Connect Web. See thread - There seems to be an issued with Connect courses - unable to create any courses? I suggest contacting Garmin Support. Garmin Connect Mobile | Garmin | India | Support Center

Meanwhile, you should be able to use the "follow roads" option rather than popularity routing.

Thanks for the response! I can't find the "follow roads" option in the app. I am able to do the same on the Web though (connect.garmin.com). For now, I'm creating the course I want on the website. Would be nice to have it in the app too. Thanks again, I'll follow up with Support as well.
