I tried my watch with an old iPhone with firmware version 13.3.1 and it works perfectly so the problem is not the watch.
There is an issue betwenn Garmin Connect and latest iPhone firmware 15.2 (please note that all other bluetooth devices connected works with no issues)
I wrote to garmin support and I hope they solve the issue
