No history since 17 November? No steps ? Sleep nothing ?

Checkednin to see if my vitality is regestering my points for my steps but nothing was recorded in my apps history ? Since the 17th of November 2021

    This could be an indication that you're using different Garmin accounts. The web interface pulls the same…

  • Hi goodmorning.

    Same problem here with my wife her Fenix 5S.

    On the 12 of november half day the Fenix stopped synchronizing the steps / intensity minutes / sleep etc etc.

    Tried serveral options; only removing the watch from GC on Iphone, and installing it again offcourse, solved the problem partly.

    It only has synced the steps of today and not from 12 nov until yesterday. 

    When I check the watch all the data is availiable.

    How do I get those day also synchronized in GC? 

    Anyone an idea?

  • please see the FAQ below for troubleshooting this issue.  The watch should have up to 2 weeks of wellness data saved on the watch, so there may be a couple days that will not be included once you sort the issue.
