No history since 17 November? No steps ? Sleep nothing ?

Checkednin to see if my vitality is regestering my points for my steps but nothing was recorded in my apps history ? Since the 17th of November 2021

can’t find out if it’s Connect mobile app or watch (instinct solar) that is at fault?

How do I fox this ? I dont know wat solar is amd the step history on my watch is still there and correct ?

I’m still trying to find out!

I’ve deleted app from phone and reinstalled but that hasn’t worked. I’m assuming the data loss is a fault with Garmin connect.

I’ve just deleted all data and reset watch and some of the health stats for today are now showing. The previous 7 days though are not on Garmin connect!

I have the same problem. I’ve tried reinstalling the app. It appears to pull data from the watch to the phone, but doesn’t sync to the web

This could be an indication that you're using different Garmin accounts. The web interface pulls the same data from the same source as the mobile interface, assuming you've logged in using the same Garmin account.

I’ll try — I don’t know what would have changed though. It literally stopped syncing between one day and the next — and I see the updates/activities from my friends, just not my own.

As a side note —connect on my phone doesn’t save any data either. I just syncs from the watch and loses it the next day.

Aha! There is an issue with the apple health integration. Both AH and connect seem ok, but no data in AH. I synced some other app that uses AH, and now Connect seems to be working better.
