can’t find out if it’s Connect mobile app or watch (instinct solar) that is at fault?

I’m still trying to find out!

I’ve deleted app from phone and reinstalled but that hasn’t worked.  I’m assuming the data loss is a fault with Garmin connect. 

Hopefulle someone fixes it fast its realy frustrating 

I’ve just deleted all data and reset watch and some of the health stats for today are now showing.  The previous 7 days though are not on Garmin connect!

I have the same problem.  I’ve tried reinstalling the app.  It appears to pull data from the watch to the phone, but doesn’t sync to the web

I’ll try — I don’t know what would have changed though.  It literally stopped syncing between one day and the next — and I see the updates/activities from my friends, just not my own.  

As a side note —connect on my phone doesn’t save any data either.  I just syncs from the watch and loses it the next day.  

Aha! There is an issue with the apple health integration.  Both AH and connect seem ok, but no data in AH.  I synced some other app that uses AH, and now Connect seems to be working better.
