Sleep informations not visible on the app

I’ve bought a Fenix 6. I don’t understand why I have sleep infos on the watch but on the app no datas are available.

The same appens for the respiration and for the pulse ox.

Could someone help me?

Garmin is aware of an issue causing sleep data not to display in the Garmin Connect app even though displayed on the device sleep widget. This issue has been resolved and the sleep times and scores should…

It started syncing late afternoon for me yesterday. Sleep and Training status came over. The data is on your watch and is not lost. All should be OK now :-)

My watch is showing data but the app stopped receiving data on Thursday at 6:30am. Nothing I’ve tried will get it to sync. I’ve reinstalled connect, updated iOS, restarted watch. Any other ideas please?

finally it sarted working yesterday… but actually I have just 2 days shown in the app… starting from it came up again…

How can I resume the other past datas from the watch?

Garmin is aware of an issue causing sleep data not to display in the Garmin Connect app even though displayed on the device sleep widget. This issue has been resolved and the sleep times and scores should be now displayed after you sync your device. If your sleep times and scores are not displayed after a successful sync, we recommend the following:

Power cycling / restarting your phone
Resetting device (Light button press for 20-30 seconds)
Powering on device
Verify sleep times and score in Garmin Connect

If your sleep times and scores are not displayed, contact Product Support for further troubleshooting and assistance.

I’ve had same issue on my Fenix 6 pro. Sleep info and score used to be displayed on the connect app and now nothing? I still have the information on the widget on my watch though.

Avionicsman if you are still having this issue, please be sure to update your Garmin Connect mobile app.

Installing, Updating and Uninstalling the Garmin Connect App

If that does not resolve your issue, please be sure to start a new thread, as this specific issue was previously resolved.
