Sleep informations not visible on the app

I’ve bought a Fenix 6. I don’t understand why I have sleep infos on the watch but on the app no datas are available.

The same appens for the respiration and for the pulse ox.

Could someone help me?

Garmin is aware of an issue causing sleep data not to display in the Garmin Connect app even though displayed on the device sleep widget. This issue has been resolved and the sleep times and scores should…

Actually something wrong with everything in Garmin connect. No sleep data, no steps. It shows steps in main page but then not on day or week view. No sleep data too.

I'm having the same problem. Sleep data is present on my 745 but won't sync to the iOS app. My Index S2 also got disconnected from the app this morning, so something is strange.

Yeah no sleep data is syncing to Garmin Connect for me this morning from my Fenix 6 - Wifi sync is also failing directly from the watch.

I'd consider it temporary - this is the first time it's happened to me (and my wife) in an absolute age. Yesterdays sleep took a while to sync so I assume it'll come over when the back end is fixed.

This is temporary Fabio. It's happened on my watch and my wife's as well. Things like this don't happen often but they do happen. I have been using Garmin now for 3 years and I have only had a couple of minor hiccups like this.

I have the same problem from today. No sleep data.

Same here in the U.S. Sleep results show on watch, but nothing in Garmin Connect Mobile.

Today is the first time I've seen this. GCM Version 4.47.2.2, 6xPro Version 19.20.

I can see everything on app except sleep. Its frustrating.

Could someone advice when it will start working again?
