How can I restore the activities in Garmin connect?
Perhaps you are logged in to the same "wrong" account. I would check using the search for connections feature in Garmin Connect Web using all your possible past and present email addresses. You can also search by name, but the email address is a unique identifier.
Go to connections/search - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search
