After installing the app on my new iPhone all the activities are lost in the connect app. How can I get them back?

How can I restore the activities in Garmin connect?

You are likely logged in with wrong account. Login to Garmin Connect Web. When you've logged in and see your activities there, remember the login information.

Logout of the app and login with the same…

Thank you e7andy for the quick answer. The login in the web version is the same like in the app. Also in the connect web the activities are lost?!

Perhaps you are logged in to the same "wrong" account. I would check using the search for connections feature in Garmin Connect Web using all your possible past and present email addresses. You can also search by name, but the email address is a unique identifier.

Go to connections/search - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search
