Why does the “Edit My Day” button on Garmin connect do nothing when I click it?

I want to edit the way my data is displayed in the app, although when pressing the “Edit My Day” button, literally nothing happens. It used to work a couple of weeks ago when I changed the order of my data. It’s quite annoying that it won’t work now.

Got my first Garmin watch, downloaded the Connect app and I am very disappointed with its Performance on iPhone 7.

On some screens the text overlaps. In particular the area where you input data for your stride.

I'm not seeing any of these problems on version 4.42.1.3. Could you post some screenshots of this?

Same here, problem exists a couple of weeks in my iPhoneSE2. Reinstall the Garmin Connect doesn’t work. Problem not solved.

On mij iPhone 2nd edition it’s impossible to change “My Day”. The button on the bottom of the screen is available, but nothing happens after I pushed that button.

Could you post a screenshot of the button you're referring to? On mine it is text "Edit My Day," which links to the Edit My Day page where I can make changes to what is shown on the My Day screen.

Oh I’m sorry, I meant EDIT MY DAY. I think it is no need to post a screenshot.

I suggest that those with any of these issues reach out to Garmin Support directly. You can contact them starting from the Garmin Support Center. Suggest chat or call, depends on availability based on time of day and your location. Alternatively, you can email [email protected]. For email the response is typically within 3 to 5 business days.

Sorry, you said "button," so wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I also just noticed that the most current version is 4.44, but I'm on 4.42. Due to the age of my phone, I'm unable to go to the latest update. So my guess is version 4.44 has caused these issues.

I think contacting support, as mentioned by seilogramp is your best option at this point.
