FYI since recent Garmin Connect updates the app (iOS) is all over the place. Missing data, overlapping fields, layout or day activities constantly changing and ability to edit your day is now missing.

Any chance you've created a new Garmin account when you installed the Garmin app on the new phone?

Check that you can see the data on Garmin Connect Web
