I got the Fenix 5 a few weeks ago and have enjoyed all the new features and stats in the Connect App. One I like is Intensify minutes.
im an avid cyclist and sometimes runner. My first week I clocked up 600+ minutes; my second week 500+. This week, despite riding the same intensity and duration, I’m struggling to get over 40.
am I missing something? Why the sudden plummet in Intensity score? I’m certainly doing the same HR zones and have actually increased overall power for my rides so why do I go from 150 to 20 in one week?
