Connect is unable to sync with MyFitnessPal

Data stopped syncing last night, so I disconnected the two apps and tried to reconnect, but after I click connect in myfitnesspal it takes me to garmin connect and I receive this error message: Unable to Sync
Right now we aren't able to sync with your MyFitnessPal account. It looks like something temporary, so please try again later.

I have the same issue - started on Tuesday. did you get an answer?

Login to MyFitnessPal using the web interface, then disconnect from Garmin Connect - APPS > Your Apps > Garmin Connect > DISCONNECT

Log out of GC, then back in. Got to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Connect to MyFitnessPal > Agree

Thanks. Unfortunately I can’t disconnect or connect. It’s assumes I am connected but doesn’t allow me to connect and I just get an error message

If you're connected, the text is very tiny just below where the bottom of your image ends.

Try to disconnect/connect from the MyFitnessPal site. APPS > Your Apps > Garmin Connect > DISCONNECT

Hi there. Thanks for you ongoing help. MyFitnessPal says I’m not connected. When I click on it I just go to the above garmin page with the sync problem.

We need to get MyFitness Pal to ask for your Garmin username and password. Sounds like it's being saved in the browser. So, log out of MyFitnessPal and log out of Garmin Connect, then close your browser. Open the browser, go to MyFItnessPal and log in. Then try to connect again from MyFitnessPal. You should then be prompted to login to Garmin Connect, then click the "Connect to MyFitnessPal" button.

If that doesn't work, might need to go another step and clear cache and saved passwords from your default web browser.
