No Smart Notifications on iOS 14.4 with Forerunner 935

Since I upgraded my iPhone, I don't see any notifications. My phone is connected and syncs with the phone. I can also see calls on my watch, but any smart notification isn't showing at all. I tried all of the following:

Remove the watch from the app and pair again
I deleted the app completely and started again
I toggled the smart notifications in the bluetooth setting
I enabled all notifications in the notifications section in the iOS.

I practically did everything written online and can't get it to work.

I'm wondering if iOS is blocking smart notifications or I'm missing anything else?!

Have you tried this as posted by Garmin-AmberD? Smart Notifications

Also, when you removed the watch from Garmin Connect, did you also "forget" the watch in the iOS Bluetooth settings? Mentioned in this video

Just double checking ... in notifications for messages etc make sure besides “allow notifications” that the “Notification Center” is on and banner style “persistent” to see later in the notifications on the watch.

I have a same problem upgrade IOS 12 to IOS14.6 and notifications are gone….with my forerunner 935. Could you help me ?

After so many attempts to "fix" it, they came to the conclusion that the watch was damaged and I got a new one and now it's working.

I'm sorry I don't have "better" news for you.
