I can't get my Iphone SE to pair with my vivomove 3S

I have tried everything I have found on the internet.  I still can not get my Iphone SE to pair with my Vivomove 3S.  I have updated my phone to the 14.4 IOS and since I have completed the last three phone updates my vivomove 3S has not been able to link with my phone.  I am getting very frustrated as I am wearing a watch that tells the incorrect time and I am unable to use my device as it was intended.  Please help me.

  • Hello! I am sorry you can not get this device paired. Was it previously paired or is this new? Are you pairing through the bluetooth settings or the Garmin app?

  • Hi, I bought my Vivomove 3S in September 2020 and paired it easily with my Iphone SE, as per the instruction manual.  I loved it and my watch did everything I wanted and more until the IOS 14 upgrade came. 

    As soon as I upgraded my phone my watch wouldn't sync with my phone.  I turned my phone on and off, did the same for the watch.  I removed the watch from my phone, removed the garmin connect app and reinstalled it, no luck.  I have gone through the watch instruction manual and tried to reinstall again.  It can't find my watch and does not sent me a code. 

    I have always paired it through the garmin app as my bluetooth doesn't even recognise my watch.  I went online and found some others with a similar issue on your support website and tried a couple of things.  Nothing seems to work.  I miss my watch and would love it use it again. Cry

  • Ok, one thing to be sure to check is make sure the device is removed from the Bluetooth of the old phone. If you have done that step then a last resort would be to reset the vivomove then pair to the app. Can you try this and let me know if it works. 

  • Hi Amber,  Sorry for the delay in reply, I have been away for work.  I have definitely removed my Vivomove 3S from my phone's bluetooth and then reset my device.  Again I tried to pair to the app.  No luck.  I then deleted the connect app from my phone and re-installed it.  I tried to pair it again and still no luck.  Please advise me what to do next.

  • Hi, I have the same problems as Amber, however I have a 4s and an Apple SE 2020 my phone and watch does not want to connect and I have followed the exact steps as you have advised. 

    Can you please provide further assistance.
