There is no log, I dont know what to do

I would try unpairing then repairing your fenix using these directions. Make sure that you've restarted both the iPhone and your watch
If still not working, try uninstalling the app then reinstall Connect for iOS version 4.35

Not sure how it's done on iOS I don't have my iPhone with me at the moment. Last time I submitted logs via online chat with Garmin Support. If you open a case with Garmin Support and they are requesting "app logs," they will send you the code to enter when going to (on android) Garmin Connect App Menu > Settings > Help > Diagnostic Report > Enter log retrieval code > send report.
