Vo2 max is not updating to Garmin app

My Garmin cellphone app is not updating or Sync the information from my 645 watch. How can I solve this problem?

I do so .All my activities are sync ,except the vo2

If you are seeing a different VO2 Max value in Garmin Connect than what is shown on your device, please post a screenshot/photo of each, showing the discrepancy.

Additionally, so that I may assist you further, please reply with the following:

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?

Me too, same issue since 1/12. Contacted support in chat yesterday and was told there is a ticket created to resolve the issue. Fingers crossed it will be fixed soon!

It seems isn’t updating the running Vo2, just other activities.

We made a backend update to Garmin Connect around December 20th. If you export (from Garmin Connect to your computer) your last 7 runs after November 27th, then delete those 7 runs from your Garmin Connect account, then import them back into your Garmin Connect account (from where you saved them on your computer), that should resolve your issue.

If this does not resolve your issue, please start a new thread in the Garmin Connect Web forum.
