Garmin 935 sync to Connect but Fails to Get Directory from Device

Hello there,

Can you pls help me as I have a new FR935 and it successfully connects to my Android connect app. However my runs are not showing up on the Connect app.

When I go to the Sync Audit data, I am getting the following error message.

What can I do to sync the Running data to my phone?

Are you able to see your activities in Garmin Connect Web? The web and the app should be identical regarding activity data. Is it possible you're logged into the app with a different account? Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

I would start by restarting both your phone and the watch then sync using Garmin Express and your Garmin USB cable. This can fix a lot of issues.
