no synchronisation with my fitness pal

my garmin does suddenly not synchronize with my fitness pal. online on garmin account it saiys that this might be a temporary problem. how can i fix it?

Me too. Exercise not pulling through to MFP very frustrating

have tried disconnect all and log in /out still not working

thinking of a fresh start on both?

This has worked for some. It's likely that you need to reestablish the connection between Garmin and MFP. All done from the web, not the app.

Go to MFP apps page https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps
Under "Your Apps" click on Garmin, then click Disconnect
Go to Garmin Connect Web https://connect.garmin.com/modern/
Look at your Daily Summary page, scroll down then click on Disconnect from MyFitnessPal
Log out of Garmin Connect Web
Go back to MFP apps page https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps
Click on the "Get" by Garmin Connect, you'll be taken back to Garmin Connect Web
Click on Connect to MyFitnessPal, then accept the agreement and authorization

I haven’t been able to get the apps to sync for over a week. I’ve disconnected from both websites and tried to reconnect. I’ve been unable to get a sync and the garmin page just says this might take a few minutes we’re establishing a connecting. And it does nothing. I’ve emailed both Garmin and MyFitnessPal and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

I can’t connect go MyFitnessPal either. It doesn’t work of we just disconnect and connect again. Garmin Connect writes a notification that it’s probably just temporary and I should try again later. But it’s not. I has been like this for more than 24 hours now. How to fix it?

i have the same issue. exercises are not transfered to MFP and calories are not transefered to garmin connect.
