This has worked for some. It's likely that you need to reestablish the connection between Garmin and MFP. All done from the web, not the app.
I haven’t been able to get the apps to sync for over a week. I’ve disconnected from both websites and tried to reconnect. I’ve been unable to get a sync and the garmin page just says this might take a few minutes we’re establishing a connecting. And it does nothing. I’ve emailed both Garmin and MyFitnessPal and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
