Garmin connect is not updating to Strava

I’ve just used my Garmin watch for the first time & I can’t get it to upload my run to Strava. I’ve tried disconnecting and re-connecting on Garmin connect and Strava but still no luck.

Same problem, but not with a new watch, the problem appeared after installing the new update IOs13

It's easier to fix this from the web sites for both strava and Garmin rather than the app. Maybe this will help: Garmin to Strava syncing issues
