Is Connect Down? Unable to Change Preferred Tracker or Change Settings-Mobile or Desktop

connect.garmin.com says "unable to process your request now" when trying to change my preferred activity tracker.  Also get "network connection error" on most settings on connect mobile.  iPhone XS Max with latest iOS, and latest connect mobile--version 4.29.2.1.  Happens whether on working WIFI or LTE for mobile.

Please help.
