Amazon Music Error 502

Doesn’t sync, has errors all the time, the odd time it does sync it actually doesn’t!! Error 502..... error 502..... and so it continues. Loads of (hundreds) other bad reviews on the Garmin Amazon app. Maybe it’s an amazon issue... but they are both in bed together, watch will have to go back if not sorted pretty pronto.

Mine did too, for 5 minutes and as I went to download another track the error came back again

I had a 6x pro, got a problem so got it replaced then the replacement did this error 502 too so I sent it back, got the old Viv3 out and it’s done the error too! Money in bank, not buying Garmin until this problem is resolved. Or will buy a different manufacturers watch if it’s not

5% download them stopped then I had to reconnect my fenix to garmin connect on my phone, will try again in a bit - frustrating

Error 502 again

I'm having same issue (same error message) with trying to add music to my Garmin Venu watch over the last 4-5 days - removed and reinstalled the Amazon Music app, Garmin Connect mobile app, unpaired/paired both phone and watch, really frustrating. For a while I couldn't even pair the phone and watch, I had to keep removing the connection and pairing again. I thought it was just something I was either not doing or my watch is having issues, but from this forum it seems others are having same problem. Can this get sorted out as soon as possible!!!

Hi, I've had the exact same problem since the update, have logged a call, through persistence got it working now my playlists have again disappeared and getting the 502 message and can't get any music on my 645. Live in England please contact me and access my account as need it sorted asap.
