Fenix 5X Software Update

My Fenix 5X did a software update last night and now it won’t let me select any 3rd party watch face? It will allow me to select one and make it active, but then defaults back to one of the preloaded watch faces. Please advise.

Am having the same issue. Will show my third party watch face for a minute then revert back to one of the standard Garmin watch faces.

I tried other 3rd party watch faces and they stay active. I am guessing my favorite 3rd party face is not compatible with software update?

I am/was using Crystal. Contacted developer to look into it.

I was using the Crystal face as well. Has to be specific to this watch face. If you would, please let me know what you find out from the developer. Thanks.

Same problem.

i contacted Garmin but no reply. I left Apple after their watch bricked from a software update. Not great that Garmin is causing issues with their updates and not responding. This is a new $600 watch that now won’t work the way it’s supposed to

This glitch is for the Crystal watch face only. Everything else is working fine for me.
