Every time I restart my phone I have to Login In and Reconnect Devices

Running iOS 13.2.2. Connect App is updated to 4.24.2.2.

For the last week every time I turn on my iPhone I have to re-Log In to Connect and reconnect all my devices (Fenix 5x & Vivosport.) Is this an issue with a Garmin update or a Apple Update? I have deleted the App and re-installed it. Still the same issue.

    I hope they fix this soon!!!!! Not only do I have to log in again if I restart my phone, but it doesn’t keep my data up from the previous day until I sync.  ???

  • Try this. I am also on iPhone 11 MaxPro and an F6. Both fully updated and turn phone and watch off every night.  Next morning I power on phone then watch. Give them a minute to boot up. Unlock phone open GC swipe out of the signin page. Swipe up to open background apps and close GC completely. We a as it a few seconds open GC again, skip the next page and you should be on the GC homepage. Been working the past week for me like this.

    What is most frustrating aside from Garmin failing to fix this is the Bluetooth connectivity is just awful. I go to BT in Settings on my iPhone and my devices are connected. Open the GC App and everything has the RED "problem sign." I've gotten to the point where I just don't use this broken app and just sync via my computer.

    Can you imagine an Apple Watch EVER having a basic connection issue like this??

    Is there any update to this? My fenix 6pro is doing the same thing, every time the phone goes off I have to relogin and reconnect the fenix.

    And now the last 5 or 6 days my Garmin Connect app has been staying logged in just fine on my iPhone 6X Plus.

    Same issue for me. I have the fenix 6s pro and garmin connect on an iPhone.

    Same! Please fix this, Garmin! Serious pain in the butt.
