Every time I restart my phone I have to Login In and Reconnect Devices

Running iOS 13.2.2. Connect App is updated to 4.24.2.2.

For the last week every time I turn on my iPhone I have to re-Log In to Connect and reconnect all my devices (Fenix 5x & Vivosport.) Is this an issue with a Garmin update or a Apple Update? I have deleted the App and re-installed it. Still the same issue.

    SOLUTION
    I was ready to dump Garmin as all solutions point to "just wait for Garmin to fix it". As a last resort, I deleted the app, updated my iphone XSMax, reboot and installed the app again. I turned off/on my iphone 3x already. All is good

    And me. And given that there has been no response from Garmin it seems there is no fix? 

  • I have tried your method. First it was like fine. But now, it doesn’t work either. No solution. We still have the same problem. 

  • Hi, try this..Open the app, if it asks you to log in force close so it’s not running in the background. Then reopen, press skip and you should be on the home page with your device connected. It a pain the *** but it does work, for me anyway.

    Seriously doing my head in. I also lose my achievements which is really annoying. Wish I’d kept to my Apple Watch now. I’ve got the Fenix 5s and have ad trouble with the app from day one. I’m actually on the verge of giving up with it altogether but it cost so much I can’t really afford to. 
    Come on Garmin sort it out!

  • Same foe me and my wife! She is on iPhone 6 and i‘m on iPhone 11 Pro ans when i restart both i get the mesaage to install my device etc. She is not even on 13 and i have the latest IOS release

    Same for me. So annoying. 

  • Same for me – Garmin 645. It's getting increasingly infuriating. Have just emailed support.

    Same issue! Why can’t Garmin address this! It’s pretty frustrating! Even weather data does not sync anymore!
