I just bought the Vívoactive 4. I bought it especially because of the advertised Spotify support.
However, now that I'm trying to sync my playlists onto the watch, nothing goes as they should...
I have already had to upload your workaround certificate onto the watch, by downloading a third party application (Android File Transfer). You can see the details of the workaround here:
This was already frustrating. However, now the that I finally got the watch to find the network, the Spotify sync just fails...
All the information that is given is: "The sync failed" and a button to acknowledge this: "ok"-mark. But no troubleshooting tips or anything.
This watch costs over 300€ after all, you would think that the advertised functionalities would work as they should, wouldn't you?
So, why is the sync failing, what am I doing wrong? What is the software doing wrong? How do I troubleshoot the issue?
