There is another thread with more detail, however the work around I have found is as follows:
1. Turn off your watch and phone
2. turn on your watch
3. go to settings and then WiFi and make sure your watch is connected to the WiFi. Transfer your activity this way rather than via your phone direct.
This approach works and in fact when you turn your phone on post the transfer, you will find it gets uploaded there correctly.
I’ve tried everything (turn off mobile and watch, uninstall and install Garmin connect) and it’s not working.
in the app it seems that the watch is recognised but on the watch the message is that can not connect and try again.
im boring of keeping trying with no success at all
armandoarroyo, are you having the same issue as in the subject of this thread? If so, try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
