Weather not getting updated after latest IOS update in Iphone X

Hey there,

after the recent IOS Update 13.1.3, my weather widget (Garmin pre-installed) does not get updated on my Fenix 5x PLus and also on my older Fenix 5. The connect app does react a bit strange in general regarding the location check as it uses a lot of background action as I can see in the battery info.

It seems to happen only on my iphone X, on my company phone (iphone 7) it does working the same way as ever, although the same IOS update was installed there.

On the iphone X, I simply do not get weather updates. I tried unpairing, pairing again etc., nothing helps. As it happens on two watches, it is not watch related, but strange enough, it does also not happen on the iphone 7, there everything works normal, so it seems to an issue with the Connect App and the latest IOS version on the iPhone X.

just got the info from garmin support, that they have already a research ticket open, sounds like they got general problems due to the IOS updates. They where also asking for my diagnostic log. There is currently no work around so basically we can only wait for a software update for Garmin Connect Mobile.....

I’m also having issues with weather on a FR 945, and the latest iOS. For a period weather displayed a temp that didn’t uodate, but now it simply states “waiting for data” and displays the garmin connect icon. I have also been experiencing, to a lesser extent than some, intermittent sync issues.p

I filed a support request to garmin already two weeks ago, sent them logs and they actually acknowledged, that there is a problem on their side and that they are working on it, but till now, nothing happened, so I suggest you guys officially contact garmin support to make some pressure onto them......this is rediculous, software quality at garmin drops more an more....

I don‘t get any weather informations on my F6X from iPhone 11pro max. IOS 13.3.1.

Does anyone have the same issue?

weather stopped update problem on my device my device garmin venu software version 4.0 my phone iphone 7 ios version 13.3

I have the same problem on my F6 (Firmware 6.0), Garmin Connect 4.26 and Ios 13.3.1. If you uninstall the Garmin Connect application and reinstall it, after resynchronization the weather returns but for once. So it's not Ios 13.3.1 but a Garmin Connect problem.

The same experience, it works only once after reinstallation... please fix it
