FYI, solved my issue by removing the device from the app and also do a "Restore Defaults" on the watch. Then install and set it up again.
Is restore default just putting back the settings to default or does it also delete any data?
anyone else having a different solution than resetting app and watch?
It delets all data, at least in my case. I was able to sync it via USB cable first, then I did the default restore. It does not erase data that you have already synced and appears on the web or in the app.
Frustrating to have to reset the Watch after every update because new bugs appear....
some performance metrics such as VO2Max need to be restarted each time
