Cannot send GPX to 66

I have sent a suggestion into Garmin but please can this be fixed soon

The 66 is supposed to be a new super dooper connected mobile friendly device . It seems bonkers you cannot sent a GPX file to it without plugging it into Basecamp on a PC or Mac

Since my purchase of the GPSMAP66S (almost a year ago), I have received countless updates to the Connect Mobile app designed to ensure compatibility with the new GPS. When I want to export a GPX from Connect to my 66, it is still declared incompatible. On the other hand, since always, Connect Mobile loads all my activities to send them on the server Garmin Connect : "Your data interests me ...". Inadmissible!

I see on this page https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=14337 there has been a firmware update and GC on my iPhone updated a few days ago. There is no specific mention of the issue but can anyone see if they can now send a GPX to a GPSMAP 66 series device for me ? Thanks

If you're referring to using the iOS share function to "Copy to Connect", then Garmin removed that feature.
