App not displaying My Day stats

hey all,

i got a Forerunner 35 for Christmas and absolutely love the thing - but today the connect app has decided not to display my day stats!

I’ve synced the watch to the app repeatedly and although my activities are all transferred my day remains empty.

any ideas how to fix this?

  • I've not noticed any issues. My "My Day" is updating fine for exercises, steps, intensity minutes, floors etc. I am on latest version of iOS public beta and latest version of GCMiOS. I do not sync to any 3rd party providers/sites.

    Same problem her. I have talk to Garmin but they didn’t knew about the problem.

    We appreciate the discussion on this topic. We are actively investigating the reports of data missing or not displaying in GCM as expected. We will update this thread when more information is available.

    Contacted Swdish Support. They did not now of the problem. "Should forward the problem". Contated Jay/US support chat and got this info (see below) and then I was disconneted immediately. I hate being disconncted like that. This is NOT good service! Suppose I have more/other questions??

    How difficult would it be to downgrade to earlier version? Do they not have back ups???

    I got a Garmin forerunner 35 for Christmas. I was very happy with it up until the last update when the app stopped syncing across my day. I have since tried re installing the app which has caused me to lose all the data and still does not sync. Thanks Garmin. Hopefully you will resolve this with some urgency as currently the device is not fit for purpose.

    The fix for this issue was rolled out to Garmin Connect Mobile. You should soon see your data displaying as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • I've had the Forerunner 235 used with my iPhone 6 for a year. I restored factory defaults on the watch earlier this week because it was having tracking problems. I notice now that "My Day" doesn't show the running activity that transferred in. The transfer works fine, and I can find the run if I go into activities, but it used to be front-and-center in My Day. When I tap "Edit My Day" it doesn't allow me to include a run as a regular field. Is this a new update feature or can I adjust this somewhere? Garmin Connect Mobile is v. 4.2.1.1. iOS v. 11.2.2.
