App not displaying My Day stats

hey all,

i got a Forerunner 35 for Christmas and absolutely love the thing - but today the connect app has decided not to display my day stats!

I’ve synced the watch to the app repeatedly and although my activities are all transferred my day remains empty.

any ideas how to fix this?

    Exactly the same has happened to me with the Vivosmart. I have even tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck. It appears there was an update in the last couple of days - and this as happened since. I hope they fix it soon!

    I didn’t even notice the update - it is frustrating because the app is actually very good and it makes comparisons painless!

    Get on in the case Garmin and get it fixed lol

    I have the same problem with my Forerunner 735XT. The activity is transferred and showing in the activity section of Garmin Connect but is not showing in my day. The issue is also preventing the activity from transferring to Strava.

    I loaded an update for Garmin Connect just a couple of days ago, wish I hadn’t to be honest. Was working perfectly before the update.

    Same issue here, on an Android device. Can't believe Garmin is just completely ignoring all the threads on these sync issues! Terrible customer service. I've had my watch less than a week, seriously considering sending it back as faulty.

    The same thing here. Only a few activities displayed under My day.
    Didn't notice any update.
    Bought my Vivosport only 5 days ago. Also thinking of returning it.

    I have the same issue the only thing that shows under my day are my steps.

    Same issue for me. Don't hold you breath waiting for a reply from Garmin, they rarely, if ever, respond.

    Same issue here. Tried deleting app and reinstalling with the same results.

  • I follow because have the same problem on my I-Phone... reïnstalling won't work...
