Garmin connect not showing any more HR graph...

Hello,
The app (beta) works great except that today I have no more HR graphs from my vivosport displayed (even for the previous days). Live HR are displayed, the graph is available on the vivosport screen. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1268070.png

Update: my graphs are back! Checked between now and an hour ago, they’re back all of a sudden!

Same here, vivosmart3 with Iphone 6, HR graphic is empty. Tried with app in beta verison and normal, even reinstalled app, still nothing. Worked perfectly till yesterday. Also noticed my sleep activity…

Same here, but yesterday I update IOS to 13.2.3 and after that, the HR-graph was gone just as it was 27 days ago when updating to 13.2.2. Garmin does not seem to anticipate on IOS updates.

My phone has been updated before I got my watch a few weeks ago, so that can’t be the issue since it was working until yesterday.

Agreed on this. The data is there but it's not showing on the mobile app, only.

Same problem here, Fenix 6x Pro and iPhone X. Got the watch 5 days ago, first day it showed the HR graph but nothing after that, it says I have to sync the watch. Did everything possible but didnt help. Already emailed Garmin.

Thought its just me and my watch...

Btw, otherwise loving the watch! Came from Suunto WHR Baro and Suunto 9 Baro and no words to describe in how many levels the Fenix beats Suuntos.....! Amazing stuff.

Same issue here, but then I also found something else when opening my device settings on connect.garmin.com.

Synced [day.Invalid date], Invalid date [month.abbr.Invalid date] at 00:00

It's next to the photo of my watch at the top of the page. Maybe it was there all along and I never noticed, but it does seem a bit strange.

Same with mine from yesterday I have just emailed support as well I’m using Vivosmart 4 with iPhone pro max
