Garmin connect not showing any more HR graph...

Hello,
The app (beta) works great except that today I have no more HR graphs from my vivosport displayed (even for the previous days). Live HR are displayed, the graph is available on the vivosport screen. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1268070.png

    I'm having this same issue. Brand new Garmin FR245, iPhone 11. Data is fine on the watch and the website, but not on the GC app.

    All I did was charge the watch for an hour or so. When I plugged it back in this happened.

    Same issue here with my Forerunner 235 and an iPhone 11.  This is really becoming a pain.

    same with brand new forerunner 735xt and iphone 7. it looks like some other people have had this problem come up as of this morning like i did. thanks for any solutions

    Same issue, new Instinct and Iphone xsmax.  Worked fine Sunday and yesterday, now no heart rate graphs in app.

    I have the same issue with the Vivoactive 4 connecting to the IPhone X. I don’t see the daily heart rate charts since Saturday.

    I have the same problem.  The heart rate timeline will not display on Garman connect.  In its place is “ Sync your device to see today’s timeline“.  This happened once before and I had to delete the app off of my iPhone and delete all the data as well.  I would prefer not to have to do that again. Please advise.

    I also have the same problem and only purchased by Vivoactive Garmin on Friday. HR was showing two days ago and now there is no history. Garmin Connect app says I need to sync with my watch. I use an iPhone. I’m tempted to return this device as it is buggy.

    Same problem here. Heart rate data suddenly disappeared. Still on the Garmin Connect web version though.

    I have the same problem. Vivoactive 4 with Iphone 7.

    I can't see the graph of the HR in app. It ask me to Sync my device, but not work.
