Hello,
The app (beta) works great except that today I have no more HR graphs from my vivosport displayed (even for the previous days). Live HR are displayed, the graph is available on the vivosport screen. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1268070.png
  • Hi, I have the very same problem. I use iPhone 6 connected to Fenix 5. Also turning of the beta, does not remove this problem. Data in web GC seems to be unefected. Any tips would be appreciated.ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1268073.png

Same here, vivosmart3 with Iphone 6, HR graphic is empty. Tried with app in beta verison and normal, even reinstalled app, still nothing. Worked perfectly till yesterday. Also noticed my sleep activity was not recorded last night.

Same issue with Forerunner 935. Seems to be a GC or App issue

Same here! Worked untill yesterday. iPhone 6S with Vivoactive 3 watch. Guess it’s an app thing? Hope it will be fixed soon.

Today's graph is showing again for me. Still can't see HR of any previous days though.

Hi, I am 100% sure that this bug has to do with Daylight Saving Time (DST). It worked as it should until Sunday. On Sunday my resting heart rate was calculated way too low, and I guess that have to do with that "extra" hour during the night because of DST. And the graphical presentation of the heart rate did not show.

It was definitely related with DST and it's a bug with garmin servers changing time, has nothing to do with our phones/watches or other devices. I've changed time zone with my vivosmart many times, even on 7h difference and never had problems, so as long as the server is on constant time zone, no issues. Garmin should look into their software for the next change, is not nice to force people to store their data on cloud (no other choice with garmin connect, as far as I know) and then don't be able to display it properly because your cloud server changed time.

I confirm, the data are ok on the Connect web site, but I still cannot see the HR data before Sunday on my iPhone.
It's not a big deal but it's a little frustating and shows the lack of testing :)
