To me with iphone 5c (ios 10.3.3) and since I updated to version 4.0 and later I do not see the maps. those before updating to that version if they appear. I have tried to restart, to uninstall and reinstall, but it does not work.
¿Would it be possible to access a version prior to 4.0 to install it, since it does not give problems to iphone users who suffer this problem?
I have the same issue of the map not being displayed on the mobile app on my iPad. This started after update to v4.1.5.1. Previously touching the circle containing the distance would link to the map showing the route and laps. can we have the maps back please?
Today I contacted the support of garmin Spain to ask about the issue and I have answered that to see the maps you have to have ios 11 so it seems that users of iphone 5 abandon us
I have a case logged with Garmin Support, regards this. So far they have not come back to me with a resolution to this problem. If IOS 11 is required to see the maps I will be very disappointed. I only bought the vivoactive 3 because I could see maps, just like the model it replaced (my Microsoft Band 2). Wish I had stuck with my band now. Could have made a very expensive mistake.
