Garmin Connect Mobile iOS No maps on Garmin Connect version 4.0 on iOS

No maps on Garmin Connect version 4.0 on iOS

After updating the Garmin Connect app today to v4.0, I don't see my running maps anymore in my details. Just a blue screen/map.

Is this just me? Or are you also we experiencing this?

just want to let you know. Maps are back again with latest Connect Mobile update to 4.2 - even on iOS 9.x (iPhone 4S).

I'm having the same issue. I also had Beta Access for the new dashboard before the upgrade and didn't have the maps issue then.

If it helps, I'm on an iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 11.0.3

If possible, can you post a link to the activity and a screenshot of the app where the map is missing? This way we can investigate this.

Try zooming WAY out and finding where your activity took place ... the blue you're seeing, I believe, is ocean.

The app is having difficulty zooming into where the activity took place.

That is definitely what is happening. The map isn't zooming into the location and instead puts the map on the ocean. I can zoom out and find my activity and zoom in on it. Unfortunately it doesn't save this position if you get out of the activity and go back in...it puts the map back to the ocean.

i can confirm, on a iphone plus running ios 11.0.3 i see the ocean, on my ipad pro 9,7 running 11.0.3 i see the map correct.

For me, it does this. The map on Garmin Connect Mobile starts at Latitude = 0 and Longitude = 0, south of Ghana, Africa.
